1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "satjp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the satjp online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User," "you," "your," "player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the satjp platform and services.
• "Platform" means the satjp website located at https://satjp.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, or services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a user to access satjp services.
• "Services" include all gaming products offered by satjp, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and other wagering activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use satjp services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. satjp strictly enforces this age restriction and requires all users to verify their age through submission of valid government-issued identification documents (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Any attempt to circumvent age verification procedures will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the satjp platform and placing wagers. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited. satjp employs geolocation technology to verify user locations and reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming your residency.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are deemed legally incapable of entering contracts due to mental incapacity, guardianship, or other legal restrictions, you are not permitted to use satjp services.

3.4 Financial Responsibility

You must use your own funds for deposits and wagers. Use of funds belonging to third parties, including family members, employers, or financial institutions, is prohibited. You confirm that all funds deposited to your satjp account are legally obtained and not derived from illegal activities.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Registration

To use satjp services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register and maintain one account per individual. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be considered duplicate accounts and will be closed, with all funds and bonuses forfeited.

4.2 Identity Verification (Know Your Customer - KYC)

satjp is required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) within 72 hours of first deposit. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement showing your name). Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify satjp of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. satjp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. This optional feature adds an additional verification step during login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must immediately notify satjp of any changes to your personal information, including changes of address, phone number, email address, or bank account details. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions. You can update most information through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

satjp accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start from Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from payment methods not matching your registered account name will be refunded minus applicable processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may request payout via bank transfer to a verified Indonesian bank account in your name.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by payment method: bank transfers up to Rp 50,000,000; e-wallets up to Rp 10,000,000. satjp aims to process withdrawal requests within 3-5 minutes for most payment methods, though processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals requiring additional verification.

5.3 Fees and Charges

satjp does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to understand and accept any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In compliance with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, satjp requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering activities (frequent deposits with minimal or no wagering activity, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles) will be flagged for investigation and may be suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

satjp may offer various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal becomes available. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings are withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute only 10-20%.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Prohibited behaviors include: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (arbitrage, hedge betting), or any other activity deemed by satjp to constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, with all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

satjp reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violation, or bonus abuse. If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets placed on the satjp platform are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before confirming. In the event of obvious technical errors (such as incorrect odds display), satjp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or interrupted, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and bet type. For football betting, including bandar bola (bookmaker) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, matches must be completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time for bets to stand. Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets follow industry-standard settlement rules with half-win and half-loss outcomes where applicable.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair, random outcomes. Game rules specific to each title are available within the game itself or through the game information section. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and follow standard international casino game rules. In the event of dealer error or technical malfunction during live games, the game round may be voided and stakes refunded.

7.4 Slot Games

Slot games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information section. All slots offered by satjp use certified RNG and are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the satjp platform and will result in account suspension or termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or belonging to third parties
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or other artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse or violating bonus terms
• Money laundering or using satjp services to transfer funds between parties
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access platform source code

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by satjp

satjp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a risk to the integrity of our services. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage gambling, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, use of prohibited betting strategies, or suspicious transaction patterns.

9.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. satjp may require a cooling-off period before processing account closure requests to ensure the decision is made voluntarily and without coercion.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, satjp offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. 9.4 Funds Upon Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms, satjp reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, including deposits, pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited. If termination is not due to your fault, you will be permitted to withdraw your deposited funds (excluding bonuses and bonus winnings).

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The satjp platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satjp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Force Majeure

satjp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, or labor disputes.

10.4 Third-Party Services

satjp utilizes third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, and other services. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support Resolution

11.2 Escalation Procedure

Management reviews are typically completed within 15 business days.

11.3 Final Decision

satjp's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you agree to waive any right to pursue legal action against satjp in civil court, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts, provided that satjp retains the right to pursue enforcement of its rights in any jurisdiction where you reside or where assets are located.

By using the satjp platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts and agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Indonesian language.
